It's weekend, dh has taken the boys out for the second day in a row so that I have time to do whatever I want without feeling drawn into the roles of mom, housekeeper or anything other than just me. He rented the full second season of "Medium" for me. It's really nice to be given the space to let go of "duty".

Face is almost clear!!

My face is almost clear of swelling and scaling and weeping hives!! Woo!!! I have been outside a few times now, getting some fresh air while cleaning up in the yard and around the house in general. Dh has a big business hotshot visiting for a work meeting, but since dh works from home in his private sty in the basement, that was quite the challenge. We actually managed to make the office look like an Office, and strict instructions on how to make it look as though that's the way it's... -

I'm feeling a lot better. The immune, digestive and kidney issues are easing up. I have found a cream that appears to help with the skin around my eyes, and OTC allergy meds appear to be relieving the swelling. I'm feeling more confident and more energetic again.

The patches on my face swelled up again during the night, they're so big and puffy now, on top of being itchy and burning.
Edited to add that the doc's verdict is "blepharitis", caused by seborrheic dermatitis. Nice.

No more fevers. Life is allegedly back to normal. I hope this means that I can now finally focus on my own health returning...
