It's weekend, dh has taken the boys out for the second day in a row so that I have time to do whatever I want without feeling drawn into the roles of mom,
housekeeper or anything other than just me. He rented the full second season of "Medium" for me. It's really nice to be given the space to let go
of "duty".

My face is almost clear of swelling and scaling and weeping hives!! Woo!!! I have been outside a few times now, getting some fresh air while cleaning up in the
yard and around the house in general. Dh has a big business hotshot visiting for a work meeting, but since dh works from home in his private sty in the
basement, that was quite the challenge. We actually managed to make the office look like an Office, and strict instructions on how to make it look as though
that's the way it's...

and OTC allergy meds appear to be relieving the swelling. I'm feeling more confident and more energetic again.

he wanted was rice milk. He wasn't even enticed by mentioning his favourite foods. By the time that Josh and I sat down for dinner, Luca wanted to go to

I've got this horrible scaly patch under my eye. It showed up out of the blue last Saturday, swollen and red, in the line where dark circles would be
visible when I'm tired. It's almost in inch long, half an inch wide. It's horrible and itchy. Thankfully the swelling cleared up with
anti-histamines, but the redness remains, and the scales remind me of psoriasis/eczema. There are mini patches in my eyebrow and in the crook between my
eyelids on both sides, and in the corner of...

was pretty and sweet and therefore it was a girl and he could call it Laura. He's got a classmate called Laura, who is a very pretty girl, but who's
also been very attentive to him lately. So later this afternoon he spilled the beans. "I think I am in big love with Laura", he says. "And I

it's a beautiful day. It's going to be fun to hear their laughter and car and airplane sounds, their pecking order squabbles... they're always so
